Living in the Black Mountains on the edge of the Brecon Beacons, the inspiration for my work is drawn from the natural world around me. Along with a passion for colour and texture, I love to watch, sketch and photograph the light playing on the hills around my home.
The medium for all pictures is 100% sheep’s fleece. I use both wet and dry felting techniques, combining natural colours with ready-dyed fleece. I exhibit, sell and run felt-making workshops. I have led many community arts projects and provide art therapy for adults with mental health needs. I am a qualified art psychotherapist, currently working in adult mental health.
In my free time, I love to go on adventures and explore wild places with my family. I am open for commissions and bookings.
